Dispatch & Shipping

Once you have placed your order, dispatch can vary between 1 - 3 weeks for most items. Rings can take between 3-5 weeks.

Dispatch can change from week to week and will depend on how many orders are in front of yours. Please note: On occasions the  shop maybe taken off line to catch up on orders

If you are buying an item as a gift, please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

If you are unsure that your item will get to you in time, you can email me to find out when it is likely to be dispatched based on my orders at the time.

Your item should take no longer than 1-3 days to arrive. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact me for guidance.

All items are posted by 1st class signed for and special delivery for rings. Please make sure someone will be at home to sign or you may need to arrange for re-delivery with Royal Mail.

Once your item has been dispatched (please see dispatch times above) Shipping to EU takes between 5-7 days. US 6-12 days. Rest of world, can vary from 7 days to 14 days, sometimes  longer if item is held in customs. Please note: We are not responsible for customs charges that may occur due to your country's policies. Please check before buying if you are unsure.

***Please note*** All order are sent tracked and signed for. If you are not in at time of your delivery, you will need to get in-touch with your postal service to arrange re-delivery.

***P.O boxes** If you have put a P.O box for your address, please make sure there is someone available to sign for your package. I am not responsible if there is no one there to sign for it. If there is no one to sign for your package, you will need to get in-touch with your postal service to arrange collection at your nearest depot.

UK orders: In the event your item does not arrive, please contact us within 7 working days. 

Overseas Orders:

In the event your item does not arrive, please allow 14 working days before contacting us.
